By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.
The Client assures they are over 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these terms.⸻GENERAL TERMS
• I will sign and/or watermark my work; you may not remove it.
• Prices may be subject to change based on demand.
• I reserve the right to reject commissions or requests based on content, subject matter, or any other reason.
• The editable file (PSD) is not included; if requested, it can be discussed and may have an extra cost.
• I am not responsible for keeping backups of the PSD, JPG, PNG, or any other file once the commission is delivered.
• I am not responsible if the client deletes or loses the delivered files.⸻PAYMENT
• Payment is made upfront via PayPal (USD).
• Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split: 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
• Do not send any payment before I have agreed to take your commission and have asked for the payment.⸻PROCESS AND DELIVERY1) Payment
• The Client can pay either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.2) Request & References
• The Client must provide clear expectations and requirements about what they want, including references, descriptions, and any other necessary assets.3) Sketch Stage
• I will start working on the sketch after receiving the initial payment (or full payment).
• The Client will receive the sketch for review and can request changes.
• Up to three rounds of changes are included at the sketch stage.
• Once the sketch is approved, if the Client chose the split payment option, they must pay the remaining 50% before I continue.4) Finalization & Edits
• Once the final piece is completed, the Client may request color adjustments only.
• Any other significant changes requested after sketch approval will incur an additional fee.5) Delivery
• Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution image and a web-friendly size via email.
• You may also request an additional PNG file with a transparent background.
• If requested, the final artwork can also be delivered in JPG format.Estimated delivery time:
• From sketch approval, the artwork will typically be delivered within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on complexity.
• Delays may occur, but I will keep the Client informed.⸻REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
• If the Client requests a refund during the sketch stage, a 50% refund can be issued.
• Once the sketch is approved and the final work has started, no refunds will be provided.
• If, due to force majeure or other serious reasons, I cannot deliver the final product, a full refund will be issued.⸻COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYMe (the artist):
• I retain full copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork in my gallery, portfolio, or social media, unless agreed otherwise (this can be discussed before the final product is finished).
• I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my work.
• I reserve the right to reject or cancel a commission and issue a refund at any time.You (the customer/commissioner):
• You may use the commissioned piece for personal use (e.g., upload it on your social media, profiles, etc.).
• You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.
• You retain the rights to the intellectual property (the idea/character).
• You may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless agreed otherwise. Commercial use has an extra cost.
• You may print or physically reproduce the artwork for your personal use only (not for sale or distribution), unless otherwise agreed.The following is considered copyright infringement:
• Claiming the artwork as your own.
• Removing my signature from the artwork.
• Altering the artwork without my consent.⸻CONTENT RESTRICTIONSI do not accept commissions involving:
• Mechas
• Explicit adult content involving minors or minor-looking characters
• Rape or non-consensual sexual content
• Any content that is harmful or promotes hatred toward minorities or third partiesIf unsure, the Client can ask the Artist whether these restrictions apply to their request.⸻If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to ask!
